Amaka has been training three times a week with the Nigerian Fencing Federation in Ikoyi and their fencing masters. (Amaka fences for the Blake School team.)
I try to run about three miles a day each morning with Obi.
Chimdi plays soccer at every opportunity, even when almost naked.
