Exploring Lagos

German and his family visited us for the weekend from Abuja. The kids had a great time bonding. We all went to the Lekki Conservatory. If you have a few days in Lagos with kids older that 10, this is a must see. It has the longest canopy walk in Africa. It is a quarter of a mile long and 22.5 feet above ground. A fantastic was to confront acrophobia (fear of heights). The kids found it exciting. Followed by drinking fresh coconut juice. We saw lots of monkeys and Ugo rejoined us on Saturday evening.

The next day we were at Banana Island for a little party. Kids got into a Rolls Royce.

On Monday, we took a speed boat cruise around Lagos Island. What a view of the city! Then we had dinner at Marcopolo oriental restaurant by Lekki. Yummy!
